Returns & Warranty

As with all UK retailers, we're happy to accept returns if you change your mind after receiving your order, or if any of the items you purchase develop a fault. All returns are processed swiftly by our customer services team in Cheshire. Please see below for further information:

Change of Mind Returns

If you've received your order and decide you'd like to return it for a full refund within 14 days, that's no problem at all. All we ask is that it's returned in the same condition you received it in. If you're unable to return it in the same condition then a charge may apply to cover the reduction in value (for example, an item which was sold to you as brand new, but which we'd now have to sell as used).


In the first instance, please follow the link in the 'My Orders' section (once you've logged in) to complete a return request. Once we've reviewed the request, you'll receive an email confirmation with the return address and packaging instructions.

Returning Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order has arrived damaged, or you discover a fault with any of the items ordered, we'll do our best to quickly arrange a replacement or refund - whichever option you prefer (subject to availability of suitable replacements). Please use the link in the 'My Orders' section to complete a return request. You can indicate on the form whether you'd prefer a refund or a replacement. Once we've reviewed the request, you'll receive an email confirmation with more information.


We can generally offer the choice of either a prepaid label for returning your product via a convenient local drop-off point, or a courier collection from your doorstep.


Trade / Wholesale Orders

If you've purchased from our trade / wholesale stock, unfortunately we're unable to accept returns unless your order arrives with shipping damage or the stock is mis-described. As you'll appreciate, we try to offer the best possible prices to our trade customers and this is done on a B2B basis - falling outside of the scope of UK consumer legislation. However, we do always like to keep customers happy, so please email/call us if you have any concerns regarding your order and we'll do our best to come up with a solution.
