We accept payment by debit/credit card via our secure website during checkout. Your order will then be processed immediately and sent to our friendly despatch team for packaging.

Note that if you’re intending to collect your order in person, you’ll need to bring the debit/credit card you used with you for security reasons.


We use a combination of Hermes, DPD and TPN (for pallets) as our delivery partners.

Most of our products include free (2-4 days) delivery as standard. An upgrade to a next-business-day service is available to most locations for an additional £3 during checkout. Please note that orders are despatched Monday to Friday, so items ordered with next-business-day delivery at the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday.

Trade & wholesale job lots are priced excluding delivery. Pallet delivery is charged at £45 per pallet for a 24-48hr service to mainland UK. Note that we may be unable to deliver to certain remote postcodes – we will advise you if this is the case.

All deliveries are tracked and you’ll receive the tracking reference once your order has been despatched. We endeavour to despatch all orders submitted before 3pm on the same day.

Collections are welcome from our Cheshire warehouse (CH65 5EU) from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday - just select the collection option during checkout. A member of our team will email or call you to confirm when your order is ready (most orders are prepared within 30 minutes during our standard opening hours).
